Crisis Care Concordat - Mental Health

Improving outcomes for people experiencing mental health crisis.

Have you got experiences of using mental health crisis, S136 or emergency care?

You are invited to attend an informal drop-in session to share views, experiences and ideas.

You don’t have to register, just turn up on the day. You won’t be asked to give your name unless you want to.

22 national bodies involved in health, policing, social care, housing, local government and the third sector have signed the Crisis Care Concordat. It aims to improve. It aims to improve:

Access to support before crisis point
Urgent and emergency access to crisis care
Quality of treatment and care when in crisis
Recovery and staying well

The learning from this drop-in session will inform the Concordat Action Plan for our area, leading to organisations working better together improve services.
