Making YAS a Better Ambulance Service

The fourth edition of ‘YAS at a glance’ has been published which looks at the ongoing improvements we have been making to our services.

It also focuses on what we are doing to meet the Call Connect target - a change in the way ambulance response times are measured nationally. Since its introduction in April this year, YAS has implemented a number of initiatives to help the organisation operate more effectively and deliver better patient care.

‘YAS at a glance’ is a document produced by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to communicate service improvements or changes to stakeholders.
