Tripartite Formal Agreement

26 July 2011

This tripartite formal agreement (TFA) confirms the commitments being made by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, NHS Yorkshire and the Humber (Strategic Health Authority (SHA)) and the Department of Health (DH) that will enable achievement of NHS Foundation Trust (FT) status before April 2014.
