Our new strategy
We are developing a new strategy to take Yorkshire Ambulance Service from 2024-29 and we need your views.
Whether you have used our services or just live and work in Yorkshire, your views are important to help us shape our priorities for the next five years and plan for the future.
How can I share my views?
If you have ever used any of our services (phoning 999 for an emergency ambulance, calling NHS 111 or using our non-emergency patient transport service to or from hospital), please tell us about your experience. What was good, what worked well and what could we have done better or differently?
We also want to hear about what you would like to happen or what your expectations would be if you ever needed any of our services in the future.
