To mark Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May), we are focusing on the importance of recognising what makes you happy when looking after your mental wellbeing.
Making the most of your ‘happy place’ at work and home will help you to stay on top of your mental wellbeing which can also help you to manage difficult times when they arise.
Staff have shared their ‘happy places’ at home and work, something they enjoy doing or a place they enjoy visiting, to help reduce stress and manage negative emotions - watch the video below to find out more.
