NHS 111 Health Advisor (Call Handler)

Our Health Advisors for our NHS 111 service are the first point of contact for patients, patients’ relatives and healthcare professionals when they call for urgent medical advice. By using NHS Pathways software to record patient details and basic clinical information, they assess the patient’s condition and ensure they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service.
